Sad to say that after years of R & D works had been done to make the Jatropha Curcas as alternative fuel for normal or fossil diesel, now we realize that we have to freeze this project due to many reasons, mainly cost of raw materials.
All the promotions done by related companies and personnels with Jatropha and biodiesel knowledge at the end inspired a dream to farmers to increase the raw material price due to plenty of demand.

The management team would like to thank you for everybody who support us at MAHA 2008. It's the real challenge for us actually cause we think that our opportunity to join this exhibitions was totally none. We had been told that all the booth was fully booked although we had already registered with Agriculture Dept long ago in April 2008. But all the way it just US to be blamed; our 'take for granted' policies & mentality should be removed from the management mentality!

So thank God at the end we manage to prepared for this show; a day before opening ceremony!

SendiKota's Business Vision

With having background from my past property development business activities, Sendi Kota Development was first founded to enhance another property development project, but it was not materialized. Since then, I was seeking another opportunity to whether to find another project or to diversify the scope of business beyond my knowledge.

After years of research, several trials and errors effort to get knowledge and experience, me and my partners started our first project to open a aquaculture hatchery and freshwater ornamental fish wholesaler and retailer. We also started our first aqua shop name FancyPetFish.net and propose to open this aquashop networking soon!

Beside that, I 'm still attached with property development by giving advice and free consultation via my website www.hartanahmelayu.com which I created since 2005 ago.

Going forward to deepen our strength in aquaculture business, we also looking closely to biofuel sector which we see as a very potential market as alternate solution to fossil fuel. Thus we already work hand-in-hand with Ahas Agro Sdn. Bhd. to do research on Jatropha Curcas trees as main sources to create biodiesel. We also had form Sendi Kota GreenFuel Sdn. Bhd. as our company arm to venture into Biodiesel Plant proposal using Jatropha oil as raw material.

From property development-aquaculture-biofuel; its all about human needs and make it our living space safer and better!
